You can register two ways: 

THE PERSONAL WAY

 You can call Lee Andrews at (678) 315-4329 or Jed Crouse at (608) 963-1205. They are your camp directors  who will take your information personally.

Or

THE STREAMLINED METHOD

 This is your fastest and easiest method! You can click on the Registration form link right below this paragraph and fill out the info that way. This is a completely safe and secure method, so do not worry about compromising your Credit Card information.

 

A deposit of $150.00 will hold your spot at the 2018 Academy! All monies are refundable up until April 14th, 2018. After April 14th, 2018 absolutely no refunds given.

How to Register Online:

  1. Please choose your registration option below. There are three to choose from. If you’re registering an additional person, i.e. a spouse or chaperone, please don’t forget to register them at the same time.
  2. Fill out the registration form as completely as possible. Don’t forget to tell us about specific meal requirements if needed!
  3. Choose your payment method. We have two options, Invoice and PayPal Express Checkout. If you plan on making payments please use the Invoice selection. After you complete your Registration Form, click invoice. It will then send you an email with a PayPal link for you to pay your $150.00 deposit. If you choose PayPal Express Checkout as your option then you will be required to pay the full amount of your registration. If that is not your wish then go back and choose the Invoice option.
  4. AGAIN, if you plan to make payments use the INVOICE selection at checkout!

Terms of Registration

  • This is a physically demanding camp; your health and safety are our utmost concern. If you have mobility issues or health problems, please call Lee Andrews for a consultation BEFORE you register, in order to verify if The American Clown Academy might be too strenuous for your condition: (678) 315-4329.
  • Each package is priced per person; we do offer discounted rates for Chaperones and Guardians. Please refer to the registration information above for our Companion Package.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to attend. Anyone younger than the age of 18 must consult with Lee Andrews, camp director, before approval is given. Anyone under the age of 18 must also have a chaperone or guardian with them at all times. The chaperone must also register for camp at the Companion Package rate. 
  • Registration will be open until August 12th, or until full capacity is reached. 
  • A $150.00 down payment will hold your spot.  
  • Balance must be paid in full by July 20th. Registrations made after July 20th must be paid in full at the time of registration. 
  • Future discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Coupons must be used at the time of registration. Only one coupon per person.
  • You must cancel before April 14, which guarantees a 100% refund (minus the $30 fee processing fee) if you need to cancel by April 14. Otherwise, there are no refunds if you decide to cancel. (Special consideration in some cases may be given by the camp directors)
  • Absolutely no refunds after April 14.

  1. Register to hold your place
  2. Contact Scholarship Benefactor (Guidelines for Entries of WCA and COAI can be found on their website)
  3. Supply your Name, Clown Name, Where you are from, and Why you think you’d be a good candidate for the American Clown Academy! 

A scholarship winner will be chosen closer to camp!! 

ACA will coordinate with benefactors and recipients
to make payment arrangements.
